Durango is located in the Southwest corner of Colorado. I think it is by far the prettiest part of the state. The Animas River runs through our historic town. Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort is a short drive to the north. Mesa Verde is to the West. No trip to Durango is complete with a ride on the D&SNGR! Durango is also home to Fort Lewis College and provides us with educational and cultural opportunities throughout the year. Come visit- you won't be disappointed!
Boulder has plenty of places to eat, and as a front desk hotel employee for almost 5 years, i certainly learned where to go. here are some spots where you can't go wrong.
The third generation to grow up in Leadville, I feel fortunate to have had that opportunity! This beautiful mountain mining town has a lot to offer and is surrounded by beauty and things to do and see. I've recommended only a few!
