I wanted to post something I like that is not the typical tourist guide.. i mean of course you have to visit the colosseum or fori imperiali or via del corso.. but you can find it on a book! i love my city.. enjoy it!

i love trastevere for walking before dinner and drink wine on wonderful steps.. there are always a lot of people, lot of bars, perfect to spend your night!
Starting from circo massimo, you can see the public Roses garden, then walk to santa sabina and see the public orange garden (photo) and Rome "from a misterious hole" :-)
i love this place cause it's like rome 50 years ago :-) via dei serpenti is full of life!
ok, it's not the saint peter, but it's my favourite church in Rome!
this is not the most beautiful place you can find in rome. and maybe not the best to see a concert or to dance.. but the atmosphere is perfect, live music, then rock music.. international people, and fun! in summer they have a garden where you can drink and chill
The ghetto is a perfect union of ancient and modern life.. good restaurants and cute streets where time seems to be forgotten..
bocca della verità means "truth mouth" it's only a murble face, but you risk your hand!! :-) to be honest i like this place only because of the surroundings.. if there is too much queue dont worry, walk around and you will be satisfied enough!
Villa Torlonia is a very nice park, where you can walk, run or have a picnic! Inside the park you will find a lovely liberty house that you would never expect.. if you walk nearby it is mandatory to visit it!

This is exactly the kind of stuff that we love on nextstop that only someone who knows a place well could share. Thanks so much!
